常开式充液阀的优点在于充液过程中不需要克服弹簧力,从而减少了吸油阻力。但结构较复杂,制造要求也较高。
常开式充液阀。阀芯在弹簧的作用下停在阀上部,充液阀处于开启状态。当转入工作行程时,先在充液阀的控制口通入压力油,阀芯下行,充液阀关闭。由于阀芯上部面积略大于其下部面积,故随着液压缸油压的升高,充液阀越关越紧。当活塞回程时,液压缸先行卸压,且充液阀的控制口与油箱相通,充液阀可自动开启,使液压缸中的油液大量排回充液油箱。
